Using the studio
PitchDeckGenie is operated by Code Austral. You are responsible for your account, submitted content, and the facts you include in presentations. Use the service only with content you have the right to provide. Keep credentials private and do not attempt to access another customer’s files.
AI outputs and your review
The service prepares AI-assisted business content, editable slides, documents, and visuals. Outputs may contain errors. Review all facts, calculations, sources, rights, and assumptions before sharing or making decisions. We do not guarantee funding, revenue, valuation, grant eligibility, investor introductions, trademark rights, or business outcomes. The studio does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or medical advice.
Payments and access
Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page. Checkout is processed by Stripe and requires your confirmation. Monthly plans renew until canceled through the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Monthly allowances expire at period end and include a rolling seven-day cap of 50%. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Usage reservations are released for confirmed failed jobs. Contact support for billing questions or a refund request; mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Your content and downloads
You retain your rights in the content you supply. You may download and use generated outputs subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms. AI generation does not guarantee originality or exclusivity. Presentation text and shapes are editable; rendering can differ across apps. Generated financial workbooks contain values and assumptions, not live formulas.
Service limits and support
Availability depends on service and AI provider capacity. Usage, file-size, storage, and anti-abuse limits apply. We may restrict misuse or unlawful content. Important service changes will be reflected in the product. Contact support@pitchdeckgenie.com or use the private support panel.
