Terms of Service

PitchDeckGenie is a product operated by CodeAustral LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PitchDeckGenie website, applications, templates, exports, and related services.

• You agree to these Terms by accessing, registering for, or using PitchDeckGenie.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You may only use the service for lawful business and presentation-related purposes.
• If you use PitchDeckGenie on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company to these Terms.

• AI-assisted pitch deck drafting and narrative generation
• Template selection by industry and fundraising stage
• Editing, refinement, and export workflows
• Related support, onboarding, and account functionality

• Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase.
• Billing is processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
• You authorize recurring charges when you choose a recurring subscription plan.
• You may cancel future renewals, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• CodeAustral LLC may update pricing or plan limits prospectively.

• You retain ownership of the business information and deck content you submit to the platform.
• You grant CodeAustral LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and export that content in order to provide the service.
• CodeAustral LLC retains ownership of the platform, software, brand assets, templates, workflows, and other proprietary materials.
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before using it in fundraising, investor, legal, or financial contexts.

• Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Submitting content you do not have the right to use
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or infrastructure
• Using the platform to create intentionally misleading investor materials or impersonate another business
• Sharing or reselling access in a way that violates your plan or written permission from CodeAustral LLC

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• CodeAustral LLC does not guarantee fundraising success, investor outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI output.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAustral LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to PitchDeckGenie in the 12 months before the claim.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
